Dang, I have so little to show today.....life is getting in the way of my stitching passion!
Part of the reason for the slow process is due to the excess indecision I'm experiencing as I embellish the rusted burlap sections that surround the blocks. The look I am striving for is simplicity, yet interesting enough to draw the viewer in to experience some of the 'blended in' thread work.
I'm learning a lot.....what may look good from eyeball length away from the fabric as I stitch, may not translate at all when the piece is previewed on my design wall. It's all about balance.....I'll get there given enough time!!!
