Today I finished my small book....using techniques taught by Carol Sloan to the members of our Fiber Junkies group.
She had so many tips, tricks, and clever methods to make this an enjoyable and creative task. The other members of our group all painted and otherwise decorated their pages, like works of art. I chose to keep mine quite plain as this will be a gift to celebrate the birth of a new baby in their family. Perhaps it will be a resting place for photos and other memorable notations.
The recipients know me well and are aware of my love of cows, and my nickname..... "Mouse".....so some of these motifs are featured in the book......
