My current in-progress project stack has included 4 different pieces. This one was the subject of my blog in mid March....you can follow the progress here and next here and finally here. Basically, I was on a roll and blogged about it for 3 days straight....then it got set aside.
Since my sewing machine is still in need of repair, I directed my attention to the handwork finishing touches of this felted wool wall art piece. (I'll be making the 3 hr. round trip to Tennessee today to drop off my machine, oh don't we HATE to be w/o our sewing machines!!!)

Great color scheme...nice piece...love the addition of the spaced beads on the edge(s)....you are my idol!
OMG - you have to drive 3 hrs - its bad enough that you have to go without your machine but 3 hrs! I promise not to kvetch about my 50 min dr anymore! so glad you picked this back up - I love the palette and the simple composition!
I love "Lime-Aid" - the palette, the shapes, the beading. Very nice piece.
My dealer is an hour and 15 minutes away, but since I have more than one machine, I am not in trouble when one breaks down. Love the lime piece!
I was wondering what you were going to do with that big bead, it looks great. My machine has to go in today also, but I only have a 1 1/2 hr drive each way.
Lovely handwork. And I love the quote at the top of your blog!
Wonderful piece, great feel, really REALLY love the colour combo!
Mary, I lover Lime Aid and the use of large stones in your new work.
Oooooo, I love the quilt, and I love the name. You've made a controversial color loveable!
