Applique is all complete....and a new finishing idea is taking form.....
The idea is bold but I'm having trouble executing it......wasted about 8 hours yesterday - stitching & ripping...... BUT.....I am not easily deterred....so....check back soon to see if I conquered the technical problems.

Those tiny stems and tendrils add a lot of interest to this, along with the subtle background. Are they embroidered?
All stitching so far are sewn on the machine...details using a very narrow dense zig -zag.
