The morning mist on this huge spider web caught my attention......this sure was one busy spider!! Just another reminder to 'self' - slow down and look at the world around you!!
I've had two of those giant spiders do webs on the veranda this week, ugh!! They can put one up overnight, and I hate walking through one when I don't see it across the railing to the steps.
Those are quite amazing, and especially when drops of moisture glisten on them. I'm with Carole above- walking through one you can't see is unpleasant. I can't see your spider clearly, but we get some called Banana Spiders, or Golden Orbs, so at the center of the gigantic web is a splash of bright yellow, delicate black legs- really pretty. (and they are good spiders in terms of mosquito control)
