BABY QUILT

Gosh, it's been awhile since I've posted.....now a full year of Covid has past & still time seems to both drag and fly by.  Is that happening in your life too?

Yet, of course I've been busy.  This appx. 40" polka dot patchwork was pieced late last fall in anticipation of a new arrival in our family.  I was waiting for the birthdate and name of my grand niece before personalizing it for her baby quilt.

I'm hard at work now and should have it finished very soon.....till then.....I'm also celebrating receiving my 2nd Covid vaccine and feel a lighter skip in my steps!

Yippee, I was going to ask you today if you'd had your second vaccination. That's great! Your baby quit is really colorful, perfect for a little one.

Glad you got your second shot! Love the polka dots. Thanks for visiting my blog. St. Augustine is not so far from Daytona, so you may well be able to include a stopover there when you get back to Florida! It's a wonderful city to visit.

Such a cheerful quilt! And yes, time has been very strange this past year. Congratulations on receiving your second shot. What a wonderful feeling that must be! (Pennsylvania has not be doing very well with the vaccine roll out. I was just able to finally register my husband and I today, but anyone's guess when it will be our turn... I will consider ourselves lucky if we can get it by May. Till then we will just continue to be as safe as possible.)
