MORE NOTEBOOK COVERS

I think I found my creative gene again!  AND....the best part is I'm utilizing unique fabrics to make each book special. All measure 7.5" x 10.5".
 Left - Resist-dyed felted wool   Right - deconstructed screen printed cotton
Left - (first two) antique hand pieced quilt - circa appx. late 1800's
Right - Indigo printed & screen printed Japanese block - translation 'DREAM'

These are very appealing, Mary. I make covers sometimes, but my style causes the opening for turning to be on the edge of one of the covers. Somewhere I saw a tutorial that keeps the opening hidden so you can stitch it up or not- it's hidden in the cover flaps. Can't recall where I saw the instructions though. Do you have to hand stitch the opening on yours? You will be ready to roll when the time comes. I see that Jacksonville opened the beaches over the weekend. yikes- hope they don't find a "bloom" of virus in the coming weeks. Guess they will be the test case. I feel as if I'm going to creep back very slowly to my groups from this! I'm pretty gun shy. Our county is still increasing in cases, soooo....
