After two weeks of steady work, the last stitch has been added. This style is not my norm but I'm very happy with this piece. Maybe it's the peaceful feeling it imparts after such an anxious filled year!

Original design made with Japanese cottons, fussy cut motifs, appliquéd with metallic and invisible thread. Faced edges and prepared for hanging.

Peaceful indeed and a nice larger size. Love the way the flowers flow from the bottom up and across to the opposite corner. Just lovely.
