DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

There has been numerous posts regarding the new 505 Glue Stick.  It sounded so promising, esp. for small items that you may not want the mess of using a spray adhesive, or it's cut out and fusing is a hassle.

So, I purchased one.  First of all....it's EXPENSIVE - $10 (from Amazon) for this 4" stick which is a huge mess to use on small items.  And it's not even 4" of product.....the empty space in the bottom of the container is about 1/2" - 3/4" deep.....

Perhaps some of you have had good experiences...I'd love to hear about them.

I'll be interested to see if your readers here have any different experiences or ideas from your FB friends. I've always had a bit of a love/hate relationship with glue sticks, certainly not getting the rave results that others do whether it's with fabric or paper. I guess that's why there are so many products out there to choose from. I have had good results using Roxanne Glue-Baste-It with her needle-like applicator, very easy to put down a thin dot or line of it. Now I see she's got a small version called dip and dab - take a look: https://tinyurl.com/4487t8c8
